Velveeta Cheese Dip

This is a hit at every party I have brought it to, especially with the guys. Quick and easy, meat and cheese dip.

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: 10-15

Prep Time: 5 mins   Cook Time: 10 mins

1 (1 pound) block of Velveeta cheese
1 (1 pound) breakfast sausage (your choice of how spicy)
2 cans Rotel tomatoes (I use one can original and one mild)

Cut Velveeta cheese in to small cubes; add to crock-pot. Drain 1 can of the Rotel tomatoes and add both cans to crock-pot.

Cook breakfast sausage, drain fat and add to crock-pot.

Once cheese is melted, turn crock-pot on low and serve with corn chips.
