This is absolutely delicous if you like garlic and spicy and creamy. I don't make it often because I can eat it by the spoon. It gets better and better as the mustard seed softens and the spiciness increases,.

Given to me by a friend who was a chef. Raised in one of the New England states, he says he was told that this was from a restaurant along I-95.

Ummm makes a good dip too – even for your finger

95 House Dressing

1 pint sour cream
1 cup mayo
1 T wine vinegar
1 T salad oil
1 T lemon juice
1 T A-1 steak sauce
1 T Accent
1 T mustard seed
1 T garlic powder (or 1 large clove smashed/chopped finely)

Mix all together. Let chill as long as you can stand it or hide it overnight.

Surely it would be good without the Accent!  (Accent is MSG, right??)  Everything else sounds terrific.
