I didn't even think to check for a microwave cake section.  LOL I felt guilty posting one thinking that with all the delicious home baking and cooking it might be viewed as a bit … hm, lazy!!

I will post it under the recipe section, thanks for the advice.

“Delicious home baking" sometimes doesn't do it when you want somthing sweet, and you want it NOW! Then a cake like this comes in handy. Betty Crocker recognized this and started marketing “Warm Delights” – but theirs costs a heck of a lot more than making it yourself.

Yay!  I'm so glad so many of yall like this cake!  And what a treat to see it posted in the newsletter!  I imagine lots more folks are gonna be wiping chocolate off their kitchen counter today, ha!

I think a recipe like this deserves its very own large coffee 'bowl'…the kind you see at the store and wonder'who in their right mind would try and keep that much coffee hot at one time?"

No problem with coffee cup cake cause the cake's gone in about the amount of time it takes to cook.  Smile

Hint:  I mix the chocolate chips in the dry mix, they don't all sink to the bottom!

I'm making the girls "spa" baskets for Christmas this year.  I'm putting this mix in a baggie in a huge coffee cup and adding to the basket.  Every girl needs a little chocolate when pampering themselves!

How about we start posting recipes specifically for gift giving/baskets??
