Best CHicken Salad

1 large can of chicken                       2 cups whole grapes finely chopped

1 pkg sliced almonds                         1/4 cup Miracle Whip

1/2 cup cool whip

salt and pepper to taste

Empty chicken in bowl and flake with fork.  Add other ingredients and chill.  This is really wonderful.   We sold it at church craft sales and always had none left over.

Hi Jane,

Your chicken salad recipe sounds fabulous.  Very similar to mine with the only exception being that I use nice chunks of chicken breast meat, either leftovers that I chunk up or chicken breasts that I've cooked….delicious though.

hey jane

your chicken salad sounds great,heres mine a little like yours

      2 cooked chicken breast cut up

      2 cups white seedless grapes cut in half

       1 cup of slivered almonds

        1 can of drained chunk pineapple

        1&1/4 teaspoons of curry podwer more if you like

         salt to taste

         1/2 cup of miracle whip more or less depending if you like it dry or wet I like it just like this

           mix ,serve it on a bed of lettuce with crackers
