OfflineI haven't had beef brisket, in the middle of SC when we BBQ, its pork, ribs and Boston Butts. And of course a mustard BBQ sauce. Other areas, the low country and NC use a tomato based sauce, but I have to have the yellow mustard sauce. Yum Yum!!

OfflineThanks for the welcome GeorgiaZ, no I haven't been to the Welcome forum, but I will go there. I must admit to having lurked for the last couple of weeks – since the Bloggies. I can certainly tell why this blog was nominated. Great resource for all things country and fun. I have also used one of the recipes – the Pepperoni Rolls are delicious. I may have converted some WV natives to rolls with banana peppers.

Very, very true. Unfortunately, after the recipe is transformed from written word into something more than philosophically edible the potential for caloric distribution to fat cell engorgement increases…
