Cheese Cake with Sour Cream Topping

CRUST

14 graham crackers,finely crushed

1/4 c butter,melted

FILLING

4 (3oz) pkgs cream cheese,softend

3/4 c sugar

2 eggs,well beaten

2 t vanilla

pinch salt

Mix cream cheese and sugar;add eggs, vanilla and salt. Pour into pie shell and bake in 375 degree oven on bottom shelf 20 mins. When cool (15mins), add topping, sprinkle on remaining crumbs. Bake 10 mins longer.

TOPPING

1 c sour cream

1 t vanilla

3 T sugar

Pinch salt

When cool store in refrigerator at least 5hrs before serving.
