Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies
Cream together:
1 stick unsalted butter
3/4 c peanut butter
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
Add:
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
Beat in:
1 c flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
Stir in:
1 c chocolate chips
Bake @ 350 for 18 mins.

these sound yummy. Husband is asking for oatmeal cookies. I think I will try these while I'm at it.
