1lbcrab meat
1 can cream of celery
1 can cream of Mushroom
1 soup can of milk
1/2 tsp beau monde( season salt)
1 tsp curry powder(I 'd adjust this to your taste for curry)
1/2 cup sherry
Dash of worcestershire and tabasco
Combine ingredients and heat.
We do another seafood chowder like this with no curry and it involves bacon. Also crab shirmp oysters etc. But we usually start with new england clam chowder as the soup base. Hope this helps
