This sounds really good. I'm thinking you could use this for more than a dip.

MMMMMMmmmmm!  I foresee some New Years desert fondue parties, a pot of this wonderful creation, a pot of dark chocolate, and/or milk chocolate.  Plates of cut up fresh fruit, some pound cake, some whipped cream, maybe some desert wines, and some good coffees.  Maybe a tub of good ice cream and some chopped nuts and other things to dip the tidbits into after they're dripping with Butterscotch Rum, or Chocolate… oh the possibilities!

If tomatoes are a fruit, then isn’t ketchup technically a

smoothie?

Marshmallows come to mind.  And big honking strawberries.  Maybe even pretzels…

Me, personally, don't think I can wait until New Years for this dessert fondue party Deb's just created in my mind!  Fork

We could have a "The voting is OVER party!"  You know, to celebrate our favorite blogger.  Just as a public service, show of support kind of thing.  Strictly as an altruistic gesture…

Is in about 30 minutes too soon to start?
