This is a family favorite, named after a friend of the family…

“Diamond Ball”

1 can Underwood Chunky Chicken Spread

16 ounces cream cheese

1 tablespoon parsley flakes

Dash Worcestershire sauce

Dash Tabasco

3/4 tablespoon onion, minced

Blend chicken and cream cheese – add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Chill for several hours – then roll in nuts or parsley. Serve with crackers.
