Homemade Yellow Cake

Combine 2 cups sugar and 4 eggs  Beat well.

Add 2 cups flour,1 tsp. b.powder,1 tsp. vanilla. Mix well and set aside.

Heat in pan: 1 cup milk and  1/2 cup butter. Cool slightly and add to flour mixture.

Bake 40 min in 9×13'' pan

or you can use a greased and floured tube pan. Serve with fresh strawberries or fresh peaches. Very Good!

Yes,Beat 4 eggs and 2 cups sugar together.Add dry ingred. Mix well. Set aside till you heat the milk and butter and cool slightly. Add to the dry ingred. and mix well. Sorry about the mixup. Alanna
