Big Chicken

This dish was developed at the Brown Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky.  Until we had friends visiting from Arizona this summer who didn't know what they were I just assumed everyone knew what they were.  Also, let me say I am not a cook like all of you lovely ladies but this is so easy I can't even mess it up.

One piece of toasted white bread

sliced turkey(some places also use ham)

Cheese sauce

sliced tomatoes

bacon

Just toast your bread, heat turkey and ham and layer on bread.  Put cheese sauce on top of this, top with tomato and bacon and that's all there is to it.  It's a good way to use left over turkey from Thanksgiving and it's very good.
