Yes…and I never have trouble finding a pepper of any kind here in Texas. As soon as I get a free minute, I'm whipping some of this up. The free minute may be harder to find than the peppers…

Suzanne, while reading all the comments on this post I noted that at one time you wanted to make your own mayo. Have you done so yet? If not I have a recipe that is really, really good. I also make my own mustard, while without honey it tastes like honey mustard. I will put both on FB.
I wasn't a bit tired of reading all these comments – just made me want to go buy peppers and make some. Next week for sure.
