32 oz. ketchup

3 pkgs. weiners

1 cup vinegar

1/4 cup oil

2 cups sugar

25 mild or hot peppers

Seed and cut peppers into rings.  Combine all ingredients.  Cook 15 minutes, and then simmer for 10.  Water bath for 10 minutes.  Makes 7 pints.
