Mexican Chicken Casserole (Layered)

4 chicken breasts cooked and cubed

1 bell pepper, chopped

1 onion, chopped

1 can cream of chicken soup

2 cans cream of celery soup

1 cup salsa

1 tsp chili powder

1 large pkg of corn chips

1/2 lb. cheddar cheese

1/2 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese

1 can diced green chilies

1 can sliced black olives  

Chop onion and pepper.  Put a little butter in a frying pan saute the pepper and onion.  Add soups, salsa, chili powder.  Simmer 15 min.  Spread chips in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.  Pour some of that sauce over them.  Put 1/2 the chicken, diced chilies,  cheese.  Then another layer of chips, sauce, chicken, chilies, cheese.  Tope with black olives and remaining sauce if there is any left.  Or what I do is eat it with chips.  Cover with foil – bake 30 min at 350.
