NO PEEK CHICKEN

 

1 can cream of celery soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 soup can water

1 tsp. dried parsley

1 cup uncooked rice

1/2 pkg. of Lipton Onion soup mix

6 -8 chicken pieces

Mix all ingredients EXCEPT chicken.  Pour rice/soup mix into large baking dish (at least 9X13); place chicken on top.  Cover tightly with foil.  Bake 350* for 2 hours.

I love these casserole dishes! Thank you!

I use the homemade cream of..soups, I think I'll add some dried celery and some mushrooms to a cream of chicken and a cream of mushroom helping!

That's the beauty of this dish CindyP!  I like it for days when you'll be busy right up til suppertime but you can have a nice hot dinner ready!

Fork   It's great with about any combination of the cream soups, kinda what ever you have….
