Pine Bark – Paula Dean

34 saltine crackers                                 1 cup butter

1 cup packed light brown sugar              1/2 tsp almon extract

Five 4 0z milk chocolate bars, broken in to pieces.

preheat oven to 400.  Line a Jelly roll pan or what pan you have with foil.  Light spray it.  Place crackers salty side up on pan.  in sauce pan boil buter and sugar for 2-3 min, stirring constantly.  remove from heat and stir in almond extract.  Pour over mixture and bake 4-6 min, remove carefully from oven and top with the chopped candy bars and when melted spread evenly on top.  sooooo goood.  I used only 4 choc bars.

look up rachel rays 5 min fudge wreath.  I have made it many times and it is hard to stay out of.
