Here are a couple more variations for the Cracker Candy. It's pretty easy and good too!

For the first variation all you need is dipping chocolate, peanut butter and Ritz Crackers.

Spread peanut butter between two Ritz Crackers (sandwich them together). I do this with about two sleeves of crackers to start with.

Then dip each cracker sandwich in melted dipping chocolate and place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet.  Let the chocolate set….then Enjoy!!

The second variation that I make is Peppermint Patty Cracker Candy

Just take a tub of vanilla frosting and put in two or three drops of peppermint extract. (Be Careful and just use a very, very small amount) I stir it together and then taste it to make sure there is enough peppermint.

Spread a small amount (or a little bit more) of frosting between two Ritz Crackers.
Then dip them in the melted dipping chocolate and place on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Let the chocolate set.

 ..They taste like peppermint patties……mmmm

BE SURE TO JUST A TWO OR THEE DROPS OF PEPPERMINT EXTRACT TO START WITH!!
