Potato Casserole

 

2 lb package frozen Country or Southern Style Hashbrowns

16 oz. finely shredded Cheddar Cheese

8 oz. Cream Cheese

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

1 Can Cream of Celery Soup

1 Stick of Margarine or 1/4 lb.

 

Mix Hashbrowns, 8 oz. shredded Cheddar Cheese (1/2 of bag), cream cheese, and soups. Pour mixture into 9×13 dish, Slice margarine on top of mixture. Cover with remaining Cheese. Bake @ 375 degrees for 1 hour.
