I like this as well as pumpkin pie and it serves twice as many.  It is heavy when you take it out of the oven. 

PUMPKIN DUMP CAKE

6 eggs or equivalent egg beaters                                    One 15 0z can pumpkin

1 1/2 c. sugar                                                               1 tsp salt

One large can evap milk, skim                                       2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ginger                                                                 1/4 tsp cloves

1 yellow cake mix                                                        1/2 cup melted butter or oleo

Mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt, spcies and milk together by hand.  Pour into 13x9 pan.  Mix cake mix with melted buter by hand.  Crumble on top of pumpkin.  sprinkle with nuts.  Bake 350 for about an hour.  The crumb toping will melt together in the oven.  this is soooooo goood and feeds about 12-15.
