Looks good from here!

Next time you make this would you measure about how much cake mix that is, please?  Some of us have Suzanne's yellow cake mix on hand and would just use it.  Am guessing that it would be about 1/2 or 3/4 cup?  Maybe??  (Those boxes are pretty small, so half of one surely wouldn't be much!)

I probably would eyeball it-add a little at a time to make it crumbly. I've got my regular Apple Crisp recipe from one of my clients when I was doing companion work that I think is even better than the other one.

I like to also make it in the summer with fresh peaches-! I'll look it up and post it.But, I was suprised it takes one box of Betty Crocker dry pie crust mix. I usually make all of my cakes and desserts usually from scratch, but this recipe is a definite keeper! I've given it out so many times  and you can double it very easy for a crowd. I make it alot when I need to take a dessert to a church for a funeral.Hole

I have copied your other apple recipe but have a question – how big is your deep dish?  Is it round, square, oblong?  Is it 2 or 3 inches deep?  A deep casserole dish?   Not sure here – thanks

Deep dish stone is 11'' across 2'' deep. My favorite next to the 9x13.Shimmy
