These are really really tasty

Spinach Balls

2 – 10 oz. fresh frozen chopped spinach

1 small onion finely chopped

2 cupes packaged stuffing

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

4 eggs beated

1/4 cup butter, melted

1/2 tsp. thyme

salt, pepper and garlic to taste

Cook and thoroughly drain spinach.  Mix with the remaining ingredients and chill.  Roll into small balls and then place on tray in container to store in freezer.  Take out as required and bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.  Should be lightly brown when done.

Sounds good. Those would make great party food!
