Strawberry Lemonade

this recipe is a snap if you have a Steam Juicer to juice the berries

it's concentrated enough that you can use 2 parts of the lemonade to 1 part water

3 quarts strawberry juice
3 cups bottled lemon juice
6 cups sugar
4 quarts water

Heat together, stirring until sugar dissolves. Heat, but do not boil.
Pour into hot jars leaving 1/2″ headspace, cap. BWB 15″

Yields 9 quarts

This sounds wonderful.  I'm going to have to try it if I can get my hands on some cheap strawberries.

Using a steam juicer, you get about a pint of juice per pound of strawberries. I make this when I can get strawberries by the case at a good price.
