Turkey Tortilla Rollups
6 oz cream cheese
2 1/2 Tbsp sour cream
1/4 c diced bell pepper
1 Tbsp chopped green onion
1 Tbsp chopped olives, drained
2 flour tortillas
12 oz pkg turkey breast deli meat
Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl; mix until creamy and smooth.
Add bell peper, green onion, and olives; mix well.
Divide cheese mixture and spread over tortillas.
Divide turkey and place on tortillas.
Roll each tortilla jelly-roll fashion; wrap and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to serve, cut tortilla rolls into 1" pieces and secure with toothpicks.
I normally 5x this recipe………….

Am guessing that you'd use the largest tortillas you could find for this. Sure does sound good!

If I remember right (this one was from the early 90's…..), I did use the large tortillas. I'm thinking that's why I had 5x written on the recipe, 10 tortillas come in a package.

Sounds like a good way to use leftover turkey too, just dice it maybe? and I think this would be good as a casserole, cover with a sauce and cheese then bake??

Oooh, Jeannie, that DOES sound good! And perhaps a better way to use up the turkey chunks. Figure it might be kinda difficult to roll up the rollups unless the slices are pretty thin.

I got the indgredients for these and am excited to make them! I fell asleep after supper last night and then got up in the middle of the night and made a turkey sandwich, ! So havent put them together yet. The deli turkey was on sale and if you bought a pound you got another dollar off and I bought two lbs! I'll take some to the New yr eve party at my brothers, the rest are for me and my daughter….she's eating for two now!
