Velveeta Breakfast Casserole
1 lb frozen hashbrowns,thawed
1 lb pork sausage
1 lb velveeta cheese,cubed
8 eggs
1 c milk
S&P to taste
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9×13″ pan.
Brown sausage and drain excess fat. Beat eggs, add milk salt and pepper. In prepared dish layer ingredients. Begin with half of hash browns then half of sausage,then half of eggs. Add half of cheese.Repeat layers with remaining half of ingredients. Bake for 45 mins. (serves 6)
I plan on making this for Christmas morning!

Yes, would be good for New Years too! Or whenever I have co. I want to make the Monkey Bread recipe (in our community cookbk) again to go with it. The kids loved it last Christmas.
