Yogurt Dill Dip

1/2 c. non-fat plain yogurt

2 tsp. Dijon mustard

2 tsp. fresh dill (or more if you like!)

1 shallot (I use minced onion of any type)

Mix all together in bowl until well blended.

You should put in fridge for a few hours to let the flavors meld, but I've been known not to!
