I know that this is personal, but most of yall are like family to me. Back in March I was pleased to announce that I was expecting, followed by the loss of my child very early.
We had a very unexpected, suprise on Easter morning. I am pregnant. I am now 8 weeks along, I have been to the dr and have seen the heartbeat…I am still a little in shock but we are over joyed that we are expecting a little bundle for Christmas. Both my daughters know that they are going to have a new sibling as an early Christmas gift! I cant think of a better gift for myself then my new child!
Like I said it is early to be announcing this but yall are like family and I told them all over the weekend so it seemed fitting that I tell yall!!

Congratulations, Mammaleigh, such good news. My daughter and her husband had two children and really wanted a third. Twice they announced that they were expecting and twice we all grieved when she lost those precious babies. Last fall they announced that they were pregnant yet again – due in January! They waited until after the first trimester to tell even me! Maggie Jo was born in late January and her big brother Will and sister Maryn just love her. My daughter isn't positive that this is the last little one they will welcome into the world – but she has admitted that it isn't quite as easy as when she was younger! I will support her decision, whatever that will be, and for now I'm just enjoying all of my beautiful grandchildren! Our prayers are with you, Mammaleigh. My wish is that you can relax and enjoy this pregnancy – we're all excited for you!

I am very happy for you and your family. Christmas baby can't wait to see what you have. Are you going to find out before delivery? My daughter was born on the 15 I put her under the tree and took a pic. Best Christmas gift ever. She will be 27 this year.

I know this is an older post but I just had my 20 week drs appointmen…wow how time flys!!!
We found out that our 2 daughters are going to have a baby Brother! I am bursting with joy. More that the baby is healthy and strong, but also I am going to have a son…
