Grandbaby #5, Trinity Lillian was born Sunday morning at 12:33! 4# 11oz, 17 inches long. She's 6 weeks early, but doing wonderful! She had breathing problems at the beginning, but by yesterday afternoon was catching up to speed quickly. DD was able to feed and hold her last night.

Beautiful lil munchkin CindyP! Glad her breathing issues ended quickly. Snuggle and kiss her every chance you get! I hope she is close enough to see regularly.
I am eagerly awaiting grandbaby #3 due in December. Daddy & Mama will have three under (or very close to) three! The sleepovers at Grammies house are about to get KRAIZY!!!! I love it!

Oh wow Cindy she's gorgeous and 4 ounces bigger than Arianna was (whom also had breathing issues early – pneumothorax).
Sounds like Trinity is doing great already though. BTW, Walmart is carrying some absolutely darling preemie sleepers

She's doing wonderful today! Had her first bath!
We were prepared for her being a preemie…this is DD's 3rd pregnancy and each one gets more difficult. She started having contractions and dilated to 2 at 25 weeks. She was hospitalized and put on bed rest (like that kept her down, but it kept her calmer) for the last 9 weeks. She tried really hard to get to 35 weeks, was just a week short. They wanted her to deliver at the NeoNatal another 45 minutes away, but after her water broke contractions started and she delivered 2 hours later. With Trinity being as healthy she was, they decided she didn't need to be transported to NeoNatal. Which is very, very good!

What a beautiful little girl. Congratulations to your DD. Our youngest grand-daughter, Maddison Faith will be 3 months old tomorrow. We have 3 grandsons, 3 grand-daughters, one great-grandson and another on the way in about 6 months.
