Hi tsmith-I know just what you are saying, this morning I put the water in the coffee maker and the filter and was all excited about going out and have my coffee in the swing, but I forgrot to add the coffee to the coffee maker, I had plenty of hot water, so I had tea instead happy-flower

I am so glad that I am not the only one these things happen to in the morning!  I have brewed hot water in the morning, too!

Hi tsmith, this morning was almost as bad, but in a good way, I went down to retreive the news paper, and it was nearly 2 hours before I made it back into the house, I got side tracked and went to the carrage house to pick up a pair of pruners and a rake and a large plastic bag, need I say more? happy-butterfly

Joell, I do that all the time! DH says I get sidetracked every time I go outside. But I love to be out, and love doing yard and garden work. Much better than housework.happy-flower

Wasn't this a great day to be outdoors?

My pruners will make their appearance later this week.

Right now I am nursing my palm. Seems there is a lot of "sidetracking going on these days". ha ha  Yesterday taking the scraps to the compost pile, I got sidetracked by the grapes vines, thought it was a perfect time to pull some of the tall end weeds that crept in at the end of the season. WITHOUT gloves. I got a good sized splinter. No matter what I did yesterday I could not get it out. This evening Ed came armed with needle, tweezers and magnifying glass. Ouch, ouch, ouch!! It was not looking too good today. His determination paid off. It is feeling much better right now. I am thinking in a couple days I will be rearing to go again, THIS time with my thick rubber gloves. snuggle

Hello Dee--I think we should get on of those tool belts and arm it with pruners, pliers, gloves, a bottle of water, head band and a few band aids.

Okay, I give up. Can anyone tell me, or direct me to a recent update on Coco? I know there must be one but I can't find it.

Thanks!

I think that is an excellent idea, maybe we could start a line of designer accesories for the serious gardner, rinestones on our sunglasses, bigs straw hat(which I love) with flowers and colored shoe laces in our shoes. I hate to tell you, but I wear all of this….except the shoe laces!!

OMG Dee--I too have a chain saw, I buy all sorts of power tools for my Hubby so I can use them!

Rileysmom, when I am using power tools, I make sure everything is tied back or tucked in, I dont want to cut off or drill any body parts wink

I'm always amazed at the ads that show up when the ad placement program is having a bad day. Most of the time the ad between the blog post listings and the forum listings is mundane. . a a decorative arts store or all-purpose store (Kings Road, Ikea) a grocery store (Dominicks) and other relatively common buying opportunities.

But today, I got an ad for information on Thermographic images (!) and one for the All Tech Symposium to be held later this spring. Poor computer, its got its wires crossed.

Save the Earth. It's the only planet with chocolate.
