Suzanne mentioned in her daily blog, men dozing off reading about crochet patterns etc. SurprisedSurprisedWhere are you??? .In the past five months Ive seen two. one of those is 52….Where are the closet brethren??? I am sure that Suzanne would give us a little corner to talk about building outhouses, barns and such like.

I tried once before, failed miserably,to drum up interest. I agree the crochet/knitting is mind numbing for us.But you all eat don't you? if only to Barbeque.!!! Come on fellahs, its lonely here. You know that song "Its raining Men"?  well here brothers, its raining Women.put the remote down, and sit at the keyboard.

Chris, I love your posts from over the big drink!!

When my grandpa was trying to talk grandma into marrying her, she told him she couldn't because she didn't know how to cook.  By the side, she was 19 and he was 31 and the year—1931.  He had been a cook in the navy and he told her that she would never have to cook, that he would do all of the cooking.  She agreed and that is exactly what happened—grandpa made all the meals, every day.

I remember Thanksgivings at their place and how grandpa put on a beautiful spread.  Everything was done to perfection and delicious.  Not store-bought canned food either, from scratch.

I would like to see more men tuning into CITR, too.  It helps round out what is otherwise a hen party. No offense meant to "the staff"—you keep right on laying those eggs for Suzanne!  lol

Come on men, quit sneaking around the site as "guests" and join us.

Everyone has a Prince Charming. Mine just took a wrong turn, got lost, and is too stubborn to ask for directions.

I can testify to the truth about Pete, by the way.

I guess I just think of the blog and the forum kinda running together, Chris, but I believe you're right as far as i can remember—-except for the military guy looking for advice on presents for his girlfriend.  He hasn't been around for quite a while.

Come on guys, we know you're here looking/lurking !!
