Alanna,

Please know that you are in my heart and in my prayers.  I have no wise words to offer as I have never travelled your path, but I know that there are others who can offer their experiences and I encourage you to seek them out.  Above all else, cling to your faith and your family and friends, including those of us at CITR.    hug

Dear Alanna,  Norm must have known how much he was loved, being able to stay in a home he was happy in,  surrounded by those who love him. My continued prayers for you and your family. Do be sure to share what is on your heart, there is always someone here willing to listen. And we will join in prayer that you find people near by whom you can lean on.

Progress might have been all right once, but it has gone on too long.  Ogden Nash

Alanna, I am so sorry for your loss.  I pray that God will wrap you up in His loving arms and hold you close that you might feel His peace that passes all understanding.  I pray that the days ahead are filled with fond memories of times you shared with Norm and that those memories bring you comfort.  I pray that you will be comforted in knowing that Norm is now healed and tho in Heaven he remains with you in spirit.

Lord, you say you don't give us anything we can't handle.  I pray that you will lift Alanna up moment by moment that she will feel your presence and know that she does not walk alone.  I pray that when she feels weak that you will surround her with your earthly angels to lift her up.  I pray that you would fill Alanna with hope, Lord.  Most of all, Lord, may she feel your love and know that she is Your child and You are always with her when she needs You.
