thanks to everyone sending thoughts and prayers….
yesterday was pretty scary – very swollen hands, feet & arms, collapsed lung & pneumonia,
much better today – they were able to get the lung reinflated by knocking the mucus plug loose by external means, and she was responding to commands (look this way) and nodding yes & no to questions (are you in pain – no; do you want to go home – YES)
Swelling in the hands and arms down enough they were able to get one of her rings off.
they were talking about possibly doing a traech on wed, but the pulmonologist said if she continues to improve as much as she did yesterday to today, they may not need to do one….
