My hubs bought me an iPad for Christmas 
and it has become my virtual cookbook. I love it for lots of reasons, but this reason is at the top of the list. I can copy/paste my favorite recipes in a documents application. Then I just open up the file and carry it to the kitchen. It props up on the shelf just like a cookbook. My copy of Home Cheese Making is an iBook and it is SO handy to have like that! You can make notes on it and everything! Digital, Suzanne, digital!
