Happy to hear you got them Suzanne. Yes they are knitted dishcloths/hotpads. Had to keep things simple, I haven't stiched in years and I just learned to knit. Maybe I'll tackle a scarf next,it took me along time to knit a square..lol

Sometimes,I live in my own little world, but it's okay because they know me here.

You're already better at knitting than me, Deb!  I didn't even recognize whether it was knit or crochet, LOL.

Clover made me do it.

I got a message today from WVHills (kathy) that she received her gift from Mo ololo (susan)

Susan sent  a 6x12" green and red plaid clutch bag with a button flap, and on the inside were crocheted Christmas ornaments — an angel, a Christmas tree, and a star — such delicate work, starched stiff so I can hang them on the tree.  And yards of garland — crocheted edging with glass pearls woven into the work.

I'm really glad that Kathy liked her gift.  If anyone would like to see what I sent her, I've finally got a post up with pictures on my blog:

It really is fun seeing what everyone has made for their partners.  All the gifts are so different and reflecting the talents of each crafter.

Susan, that is awesome!  You are so talented!  I had to laugh at your comment on your blog about waiting to share pictures until your recipient had her gift.  I already shared a picture of the gift I sent on my blog!  I just didn't say what it was for……

Oh, the latest additions are wonderful!

Gotta tell yal that I had serious reservations about joining this swap.  What a mistake it would have been to not join in the fun!  Of course, those watching this unfold may be having a lot of fun as well.  I know I've gotten excited with each and every unveiling, even after I got my gift from Shells!

Thank you everyone for particpating!  Heart

Oh Leah you're very welcome. I wanted to do more but the last few weeks have been very tough and I couldn't get my mind on what I needed to do…but I managed to at least get this much done. The cookies were baked about 2 hours before they were taken to the post office and they are really good 'keepers' so I hope they were still pretty fresh when you got them. It's a great recipe and it's HARD to go back to plain old chocolate chip cookies after these ones! I hope you have fun making your own…if you have a Kitchen Aid mixer you can mix them all in there to save your arms. Oh…I put broken up pecans in yours but I forgot to put that on the recipe card..sorry. Anyway I'm glad you like everything and I did have fun trying my hand at crocheting again and even scrapbooking…it's been a long time since I've done both. Hug
