Susan, I'm glad you got it!  I had trouble finding a box……

Corn husk wreaths need shaping, so don't be afraid to mess with it until you get everything turned just how you like it.  I didn't know how it would arrive.  It's sturdier than it seems so don't be shy with it.  The pinecones aren't really attached, at least not the ones in the middle.  The ones around the edges are tied on and the ones in the middle are just packed in, which means if necessary, you can take them out and repack them in case anything shifted around during shipping.

Clover made me do it.

It did get a little beaten up as it moved around in the box… but it just took a bit of fluffing to get it back in shape, but other than that it arrived just fine.  Now just to decide where to hang it.

I received my Christmas Swap gifts from Val in Minnesota!

Oh my she is a very talented craftsgal!  She made me an

In-Door Wind Chime (she has a Glass Kiln and is able to shrink down

a variety of glass items to a smaller size)….The In-Door Wind Chime has

  (4)  3" x 1" long hanging oblong GREEN GLASS pieces (Middle one is a

GREEN GLASS HOLLY LEAF w/RED BERRIES)<—–They are the CHIMERS!

They hang from a Wooden Hanger shaped kind of like an oxen yoke.   The

main piece in the middle is a small glass maple syrup bottle that is totally collapsed and

shrunk down…….W/ a picture of a beautiful RED CARDINAL imbedded in the glass!!!!  Just BEAUTIFUL!

I also received the cutest Kitchen Hand Towel made like a child's pinafore…..that goes over the

handle of my oven perfectly!

And…..the nicest smelling Goatmilk Hand Lotion……and HONEY!

in a Squeeze Bear dispenser from the actual town where VAL lives!

Thank you very much Val, I truly love every item!   Wishing you and your

family the very best Holiday and the Happiest and Healthiest New Year!

Whoo-hoo! I got my Christmas swap gift tonight….Thanks Dede (wvhomecanner) everything looks so festive and scrumptious! There's an old canning jar in a pretty pouch filled with dipped pretzel rods and sugar sprinkled chocolate snowman, peppermint, butterscotch sundae and heath crunch bark. A jar of her sweet relish and B&B pickles that were packed very well in some holiday tins as well as a bundle of yummy cinnamon sticks. Christmas bone treats for Biscuit, my Lab and a cute little bird seed wreath. To top it all off being from WV she included some…pepperoni rolls which I might say is quite tasty indeed! Thanks Dede!

Sometimes,I live in my own little world, but it's okay because they know me here.
