Sounds cool.  Hope someone knows more about it than I do…good luck!  Also, if you're going to be husking the corn yourself…watch out for those sharp edges!  My brother cut himself down to the fat and the nerve with a corn husk last year.  He got three stitches.  Yikes!

Will be very careful!  I have only heard about these bowls, and thought….ok something else to do with the husks, hope some one has some thoughts on this!…sueksnuggle

I've never heard of them, and googling didn't come up with much so I'm pretty intrigued by this!  Are they woven?  Braided then stitched? Are the husks twisted into a sort of rope?  Now I'm very curious!

Just had a chance to go to navitech.  What an amazing site!  Very informative, and the directions don't look too complicated!  I was also thinking that maybe I could use the corn husk as I would use paper to make a bowl.  Has anyone tried that?   Anyway, thank you for leading me to Navitech!  Finally cooling down here in Georgia, only about 90 today!snuggle

Thank you for this very creative idea.  I'm always looking for a new craft to try.  I'll be sure to check out the website too.
