Hubby wanted something different than his normal breakfast food, but he did not want to do more than nuke it. So I made some egg and sausage muffins. A breakfast sausage patty on the bottom, eggs and cheese on top, baked in muffin papers in a muffin tin. He is happy. Says they taste like a little omelet.

They should freeze well as the eggs are scrambled.

One pound per tray is about average.

sunAnd I found that a serrated tomato slider (the kind that will slice the whole tomato) works very well on strawberries too. Quick and uniform slices. But watch it, those little blades are sharp, lol

Gotta love a sale like that!

Sometimes we make huckleberry pancakes, my family loves them. I also make jam and syrup with them. I love to make a topping for cheesecake with them as well... Huckleberries are so dang good. I have made a blend of jams with huckleberry, raspberry and blackberry. Great together!
