Any ideas on what to do with blackberry mash?  I have 24 quarts of pure juice, and a LOT of left over mash.

No chickens to give it to..!

chicken  chicken  chicken  Just compost I suppose, or make friends with someone who has a flock and supply their hens with such goodies so they give you eggs?

Now that I have chickens again, I don't know how I lived without them.  Sorry not to be of more help.  confused

Well, I put three cups of the mash, a cup of water, and some sugar in my Vita-mix and oblitered the seeds in the mash.

Gonna make fruit leather.

I wonder how THAT would dry up by itself, then grind it to a powder to use for coloring or flavoring anything? Add to homemade yogurt when adding the culture?

I'm thinking for soap…I'm always trying to find natural things to color soap with!

Let us know how the flavor of the leather turns out!

I am anxious to know how your blackberry mash turned out?  I have 4 qts. of blackberries in the freezer I need to do something with.  We don't use jelly much so, our option would be with yogurt or fruit leather.

I'm on a fruit-mustard kick…the blackberry mash might be great in a homemade mustard receipt. Test run: spoon some bb mash into store-bought dijon or honey mustard. Try 1 part bbm to 2 parts mustard to start.
