OfflineI wonder how THAT would dry up by itself, then grind it to a powder to use for coloring or flavoring anything? Add to homemade yogurt when adding the culture?
I'm thinking for soap…I'm always trying to find natural things to color soap with!
Let us know how the flavor of the leather turns out!

I am anxious to know how your blackberry mash turned out? I have 4 qts. of blackberries in the freezer I need to do something with. We don't use jelly much so, our option would be with yogurt or fruit leather.
