I canned 20 pints of Dede Hot dog Chili WV-Style yestelerday. Added a few different spices to make it a little like Cincinnati style. It is great. Neices both took home a pint on frenchery it s to tach, Daughter wants to try it on french fries with cheese.

That is really cool. Have you shared that recipe somewhere i can find it?
Today is farmers market day. Tomorrow is canning day. I am planning blackberry jam if the squirrels will stay out of the bushes for five minutes, creamed corn, corn cob jelly for Christmas presents, ans summer squash if the farmers market obliges.
