Does anyone know how to or if you can make chocolate yogurt?  DH says he may learn to eat yogurt if I can make it chocolate. Does anyone know how?

Born in the land of Dairy…yes you can make chocolate yogurt.

The recipe is in liters and cc…I would have converted but I'm not hat home right now to weigh and then measure in cups and spoons etc.

You need.

1 liter yogurt (4 cups)

180  gram sugar.

1 dl milk, is 100 cc, is a little  less then halve cup

one dark chocolate bar.

Melt the chocolate in the milk…cool of completely, mix with the yoghurt and ad sugar.

To make it fancy, top with some cream and a few banana slices.

Hope your husband likes it.

I would use instant cocoa or hot chocolate mix.

I do what Ross does.

AFTER the yogurt is made, I stir hot cocoa mix into mine.  (I use NOW organic hot cocoa but any hot cocoa mix -or probably NesQuick – would work as well.)

I often take it to work that way so I can have something chocolate that is reasonably god for me.  It helps curb the chocolate craving!

Thanks folks for the info, I think I'll try Flatlanders suggestion first as soon as I get to town to buy the chocolate and milk.

One could also use bakers cocoa and powdered sugar. There is also a strawberry flavor drink mix to add to milk for kids.
