We have several bags of frozen fruit in the freezer I would like to use so it can be replaced with this years harvest. I am interested in making freezer jam and freezing it in the glass canning jars made for jams and jellies. I checked Farm Bell, but didnt see what I was looking for. I would like a method that you have tried and has worked well for you. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

                                          Thank you.

Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday.

I just used the recipe on the pectin box…but my sons didn't like it. They said it just tasted like sweetened fruit. Hmmm, I thought that was  jam.laugh
