Hi everyone,

I made a batch of Dede's Wonderful Salsa a couple of days ago.  I've made it before with great success and it is wonderful.  However, this time I put two of the canned tomatoes in the blender to get a smoother consistency per my husband's request.  I believe I did everything else as called for….   However, when I checked it the next day, I noticed it had separated with liquid at the bottom and the solids at the top.

I gave it a shake to mix it up and many air bubbles released to the top.  Is this normal? or should I pitch it?

Thanks for your helphug
