I have a big front porch that I LOVE!!!  I have a grass grill with a burner and a turkey fryer burner. I use those two for canning on my front porch while i sit and swing on the porch swing til the timer goes off. Keeps the house much cooler!

Right now it's my kitchen but I would love to have a set up to do it outside!

Canning with a pressure caner outside doesn't that make it hard to keep it regulated?  I would love to do mine outside too…

Last year in the kitchen, but this year I'm organizing the basement small kitchen area where I have a gas stove so I plan I doing the canning downstairs.

Bonita, saying I'm canning in the Summer Kitchen sounds so much nicer than saying I'm canning in the basement.  Basement brings up images of cobwebs, creepy crawlies and dampness (not a pretty image at all!).  Thanks for pointing this out.
