Best source for Shiitake plugs?

Suzanne blogged about her shiitake log a couple of years ago, but she didn't say where to get the plugs! If you've successfully grown shiitakes, where did you get your plugs?

Some sources that we have used in the past are listed below:  There are others if you search on shiitake spawn.  It also may depend on how many logs you want to innoculate.  Some suppliers sell the plugs in bags of a few hundred  and some are in lots of 1000 plugs or more.  It is usually not much more expensive to buy the larger amount.  For larger production it is more cost effective to use sawdust spawn instead of the plugs.

I have about a dozen nice Ash logs.

 

Also thanks. Fungi.com and Oyster Creek were two I found via Google, but I wasn't sure about them.

BTW, I ordered 300 plugs from Oyster Creek. It sounds like that should be more than enough for the logs I have.
