Hello all. I was wondering if anyone owns one of those portable type hot houses? I am thinking of purchasing one, but want to hear from others about their experiences before I do. My hope is to prolong my growing season for some of my garden. We do not usually have incredibly cold winters here, and even the stretches of freezing or below freezing temps, is usually short lived. I would like to hear from any of you, how well they have worked for you.

Well we really don't have much winter any more. Most years, there are few days freezing or below. Pretty mild climate here. But then there are always those years that suddenly out of nowhere, we get slammed with ice and snow. On average though, the winters are pretty timid.
