I planted rhubarb for the third time. It finally grew! Then something ate it. Will it come back next year? It started with the leaves and then I think my rooster ate the stems. I finally found the perfect spot and had it growing, and now this. Help!

I've started some from seed!  Talk about having to baby something!  I have to keep it shaded in our afternoon sun so it won't burn up until it is big enough to hold it's own.  I also have to water it at least every other day!  It is only about 3-4" high!  I've got more started that are less than 1"….they are still in the garden house!

Oh, that rooster!  I love my roosters, (or at least, the ones that don't end up in the oven because they ripped the hens up or wouldn't stop attacking little kids) but they can be SO irritating!
