I bought the stuff to make the Cherry-O Cheesepie recipie(I posted last wk). It calls for a 9" readymade graham cracker crust. The store had none! So I bought butter and a box of graham crackers, but not sure how much of this or that to use. Anyone know or want to take an educated guess?

Too bad the graham cracker box doesn't include the recipe!

Can't wait to hear how it turns out!!  It sounds delicious……..and I'd go for cherry!

I just finished making it and stuck it in the fridge, I put all the pie fillings in there so I dont have to choose now. Will make a couple for Thanksgiving too. The filling tastes good, not real lemony like it sounds.

I'm going to a cousin's house for a Thanksgiving potluck.  I don't think any of the other cousins ever brings cheesecake — I think I'll try this one and take both cherry and blueberry.  (There are enough cousins that both of them will probably be gone!)

I absolutely LOVE cheesecake!!!

I would eat the entire thing over the course of a day, so we don't have them here very often ;-)

I'm going to look for my other chessecake recipe,it's heavier and richer, one you bake. Re: cherries vs blueberry,I've seen both on top looks cute, esp for 4th of July desserts!Cuz you have your red white and blue. (if I find it I'll post the other one too,I got a couple days off so I can look!)Wave
