This morning I made Honey Wheat Grandmother bread with flax seed and Double Chocolate Zucchini Snack cake. Had more shredded zucchini, so this afternoon I made Zucchini bread….will likely take it to church tomorrow as my son is headed off to camp tomorrow and darling hubby and I do not need to eat all these baked goods!

Sure, Suzanne. I'll be glad to post it….I don't think I've posted it yet. It's an old Cooking Light recipe that I've tweaked a bit…but it is still fairly light. My son loves it and delights in telling his picky eater friends that they've just eaten zucchini when they try it!!!

I still have bags and bags of shredded zucchini from last years crop!  I didn't even plant any this year.  I look forward to trying a zucchini snack cake recipe too.

Miss Judy,  Will you post the recipe for the butterfinger pie?  It sounds great.  I had a recipe for butterfinger cake that I loved but I seem to have lost it.  I have done some research and can't find one exactly like the one I used.  That's the way it goes when I love something,  I probably put it up for "safe keeping", so safe that I can't find it. Ha!
