It will if you explain why you have leftover cinnamon in your crock pot.

Did you mean you are making bread pudding in your crockpot… from leftover cinnamon bread?

Is it a moist pudding? I like mine moist with a vanilla or caramel sauce…never made it in a crockpot.

I am making bread pudding from left over cinnamon ROLLS--I guess that would explain it better, it is a very moist bread pudding, I usally make a lemon sauce to serve with it, but this evening we will have it with vanilla ice cream .

It is a very easy dish to make, it comes together in about 5 minutes.

happy-flowerFYI

The bread pudding from the left over cinnamon rolls is delicious, I did end up making the lemon sauce.  Thank you for noticing, it did sound rather odd. I will be more careful in the future.

It could be worth making a double batch just to have the leftovers.

happy-flowerI was in a baking mood this morning, it was so nice and cool, I baked an orange pound with a citrus glaze, a loaf of banana bread, and a very dark chocolate bundt cake with walnuts and chocolate chips.

Yesterday, I made a batch of Toasted Coconut Chocolate Chip cookies for my honey (his favorite), two loaves of whole wheat Grandmother bread, and some Granola Bars (http://www.skinnytaste.com/2011/06/low-fat-chewy-granola-bars-with-pecans.html) for snacking through the week.  Today I'm making more Grandmother bread, then some Zucchini Bread; when classes start up again, I'm going to be pretty busy, so I want to get some things made up ahead of time.

Made the chocolate graham crackers from FBR. AND used my new, vintage cracker cutter. It's a small round with scalloped edge, plus has little pins to prick the dough as you cut the shape. Looked so much like an oreo that I decided to stuff some with leftover strawberry mascarpone filling. Man! Delish.

I (sorta) have a farm in Africa.

Today is my Hubby's birthday a real big one!

I baked his favorite cake, a pineapple unside down cake. I use the juice from the drained pineapple as part of the liquid. The topping is made with brown butter, dark brown sugar, chopped walnuts and crushed pineapple, them baked in a cast iron skillet.
