if you go to Farm Bell Recipes at the upper right corner of this site it takes you to another "linked" sister site to this one! You can search there for Banana Bread and it comes up with a bunch of recipes. That site is where we all post our recipes and you can search for the name of a recipe, or for just one or more of the ingredients which can be really helpful sometimes.

If you register there, you can normally use the same name and password, but it IS a different site, but also run by Suzanne and it shares most of the same members.  We used to have recipes here, but it got too hard to keep track of them.  By having them over on Farm Bell, it allows them to be organized and searched on much better than when they were mixed in over here.

Oh, and freezing the bananas is what I do too, then just use them as always, taste is just fine IMO, much better than letting them go to waste too!
